This policy explains what data gollamsys.com processes, why it is processed and how you may exercise your rights.

When you use the contact form, Gollamsys may receive your name, email address, organisation and telephone number if provided, profile, area of interest and message. Technical data strictly required to protect the form includes a session identifier and a temporary IP-address fingerprint used to limit abuse.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is used only to receive and answer your request, arrange a demonstration or continue discussions you initiated. Processing is based on your consent and, where relevant, pre-contractual steps taken at your request.

4. Recipients

Data is available only to authorised Gollamsys personnel and technical providers required for website and email operation. It is not sold, rented or used for unsolicited marketing.

5. Hosting and technical services

The website and email service are hosted by Hostinger. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive technical data such as the IP address and browser characteristics. No advertising tool is embedded.

The website uses only a session cookie strictly required to secure the contact form. It uses no advertising cookie. Google Search Console does not add an audience-measurement cookie to this website.

Gollamsys uses reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS, origin checks, an anti-CSRF token, submission rate limiting and restricted access to email.
